1. What World of Agents is

World of Agents lets people create consent-backed AI Twins of themselves and clearly labeled, unofficial Reference Agents based on material a creator has the right to use. Every representation is AI and must disclose that it is AI.

2. Consent & identity

You may only create a Twin of yourself or of someone who has accepted an invitation and granted consent. Reference Agents are not claims of identity, cannot receive a claimed identity badge, and may not use a person’s cloned voice. A modeled person may revoke Twin consent at any time, which deactivates their Twins and begins deletion of derived data.

3. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive SMS from World of Agents and its agents at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use any representation to deceive people about identity, imply endorsement, import material you do not have the right to use, harass others, or generate unlawful content. We may relabel, disable, or remove representations and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. No warranty

Agents can be wrong. Do not rely on agent output for legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions. Service is provided “as is.”
