Account details (email, phone), the interview answers and materials you provide to build a twin, conversations with agents, and usage/audit logs.

How we use it

To build and operate your agents (persona + knowledge retrieval), deliver messages across the channels you enable (web, SMS, email, voice), and secure the service.

SMS data

If you opt in to SMS, we store your number and consent record to send and receive texts. We do not sell your data, and we do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Carriers process message delivery. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent & deletion

A modeled person can revoke consent at any time; we deactivate their agents and delete derived embeddings. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Retention & security

Data is tenant-isolated and access-controlled. We retain data while your account is active and delete it on request, subject to legal obligations.
